Duties Include but not limited to:

• Provide client assessment
• Provide case supervision for the six(6) Communities
• Provide training for personal support attendants
• liaison with Community Health Nurse
• travel to remote communities
• Provide nursing services within license guidelines
• Footcare
• Medication reviews
• Monitoring vital signs
• Dressing changes
• Teaching self care
• Referrals for services
• Assessment for assistive devices
• Range of motion exercises
• Physiotherapy and occupational therapy as prescribed by physiotherapist and speech therapist submit reports

The Nurse Supervisor is directly responsible to the Health Assistant.
